Here at NH, we pride ourselves in offering bespoke care packages to our clients on a day to day basis. We are only able to do this as a result of our amazing care and support team. Our staff members are fully trained before they go out to work, but we also like to ensure that they are the right candidate. Our process for new applicants:

• Interview 1
• Interview 2
• Written and communication test 
• Background and reference checks 
• Training 
• Out to work (your first two weeks are supervised wherever necessary).
