What does it mean to have Special Needs or a Learning Disability?
A child or young person is said to have SEND or LD if they have a learning problem or disability that makes it more difficult for them to learn than most children their age. They may have problems with schoolwork, communication or behaviour.

Neighbourly Helpers specialises in supporting all children and young people from diverse backgrounds with Special Needs, Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviours. This is because we believe every child and young persons uniqueness deserves to be celebrated and brought to life. Our support services include but are not limited to:

What is the age range?
Neighbourly Helpers have a sector dedicated for children and young people (CYP), as well as adults. Our CYP sector is designed for the ages 0 to 18 years.
